All orders are shipped via USPS

Orders are fulfilled M-F 9a-5p. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

You will receive tracking information the day your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. 

 

Return Policy

Honey Dew offers returns for store credit ONLY (NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS).

Once orders are placed no cancellations can be made. Customers must contact us (helphoneydew@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving order to receive store credit. After the 7th day, the item is considered final sale. 

Returns must be received within 7 days of contacting us regarding a return/exchange.
